Sports teach more than winning. 🏀⚽🏐

Through the TEAM project, young people will take part in sports-based employability events using basketball, football and volleyball as tools for learning, connection and growth.

Each sport helps participants practise important skills for life and work:
🏀 Basketball – leadership & quick decision-making
⚽ Football – team coordination & problem-solving
🏐 Volleyball – communication & trust-building

Because every pass, every decision and every team effort can build skills that go beyond the game.

Built by Scout Society together with our partners across Italy, Romania, Greece and Cyprus, under the Erasmus+ Sport project T.E.A.M. – Together Everyone Achieves More.

Designed for youth workers, coaches, NGOs and educators working with young people facing unemployment or social exclusion. Every session plan is replicable; pick it up, run it with your group.

🏐Sport meets skills!

CSI & ESN is co-organizing a sports event under the TEAM - Together Everyone Achieves More Project.

The Sports Employability Event, a collaboration with the ESN organisation, is more than just a sports activity. It functions as a practical learning environment where participants strengthen key skills such as communication, trust-building, teamwork, and collaboration, in line with the TEAM project’s goal of promoting youth employability, social inclusion, and active lifestyles.

Through fun games, challenges, and real-life reflections, you’ll learn how skills on the court connect directly to the workplace.
