On May 22 & 23, we'll be hosting a small intensive CNF workshop for beginner and intermediate freedivers who either want to get to know the discipline or refine their technique.

Over 2 days, you will work on body awareness, technique, coordination, soft power, and understanding how to make no fins feel more effortless and connected. With lots of individual feedback, video analysis, pool work, and depth sessions.
