Iluuisutamise algettevalmistus

Algettevalmistuse astmes toimub õppetöö 3 aastat. Treeningrühmad moodustatakse lastest vanuses 4–7 aastat.

Õppe-treeningtöö põhisuunaks on laste mitmekülgne kehaline ettevalmistamine. Õpilastele iluuisutamise tehniliste aluste õpetamine, laste kehaliste võimete, kehaehituse ja psüühiliste omaduste arendamine. Iluuisutamise algspetsialiseerumine

Algspetsialiseerumi

se astmes toimub õppetöö 4 aastat. Õppe-treeningrühmad komplekteeritakse 6–15 aastastest spordikooli algettevalmistuse läbinud noortest ja täiendavalt teistel spordialadel piisava ettevalmistuse saanud iluuisutamishuvilisest

Iluuisutamise meistriklass

Meistriklassis toimub õppetöö 4 aastat. Meistriklassi saavad tipptasemega iluuisutajad, kes on edukalt läbinud algspetsialiseerumise astme.

Õppe-treeningtöö põhisuunaks on mitmekülgne üldkehaline ettevalmistus ning rõhutatult erialane treening. Õppe-treeningtöö eesmärgiks on orientatsioon maksimaalsele võimalikule tulemusele. Samuti noortele iseseisvaks treeningtööks vajalike teadmiste andmine. Iluuisutamise harrastusrühmad

Harrastusrühmadesse kuuluvad lapsed ja noored, kes armastavad iluuisutamist, kuid ei püüdle tippsporti. Harrastusrühmades on võimalik uisutada ka terviseprobleemidega lastel, nt. astmahaiged, kellele treener annab eriprogrammi vastavalt lapse tervislikule seisundile ja raviarsti soovitustele. Eraldi tegutseb täiskasvanute harrastusuisutajate rühm, mis koguneb üks kord nädalas. Harrastajad omandavad kogenud treeneri näpunäidete järgi uisutamise põhialuseid, samuti lihtsamaid iluuisutamise elemente.

We are so proud of our juniors! ✨⛸️

Last week, our skaters Elizabeth Nõu, Sofia Nekrassova and Ilya Nesterov took part in the Junior test event and delivered strong performances. We are incredibly happy that all three have earned the opportunity to compete on the ISU Junior Grand Prix series this season! ❤️

And the journey begins very soon! 🇱🇻
In the end of August in Riga, Elizabeth Nõu, coached by Svetlana Varnavskaja, and Ilya Nesterov, coached by Jekaterina Nekrassova, will be the first to take the ice.

Your passion for figure skating, your professionalism, and your ability to inspire others have helped shape generations of athletes and created a place where dreams can grow.

We are deeply grateful for everything you do and for the opportunities you create for so many young skaters. Your support, belief in people, and love for the sport make a difference every single day.

Teie abiga kogusime 4615 eurot Tallinna Lastehaigla Toetusfondile!

Meie kooli 25. juubel oli meie jaoks väga eriline sündmus. Veerandsada aastat on p**k teekond ning soovisime seda tähtpäeva tähistada viisil, mis looks väärtust ka väljaspool jääväljakut.

Seetõttu otsustasime muuta oma juubelikontserdi heategevuslikuks ning annetada kogu piletitulu Tallinna Lastehaigla Toetusfondile.

Täname südamest igaüht, kes tuli kontserdile, ostis pileti ja oli osa sellest õhtust. Tänu teie toetusele õnnestus meil koguda 4615 eurot, mis läheb laste toetamiseks.

Oleme väga tänulikud Tallinna Lastehaigla Toetusfondile koostöö eest ning rõõmsad, et saame anda oma panuse nende olulisse töösse. Tallinna Lastehaigla on aastate jooksul aidanud ka mitmeid meie sportlasi ning seetõttu on see algatus meie jaoks eriti tähendusrikas.

Aitäh, et aitasite meil muuta meie juubeli veelgi erilisemaks. 💕

On May 25th, our school will celebrate the end of the season with a very special show ✨

This year’s concert is especially meaningful, as Rocca al Mare Skating School turns 25 years old 🤍⛸️
We are preparing a big anniversary performance and would be very happy to celebrate this moment together with all of you.

With this celebration we would like to supports Children’s Hospital Foundation so all funds raised from ticket sales will go toward supporting the foundation.

Tickets are already available on Piletilevi website and we warmly welcome everyone to join us for this beautiful evening ✨
