CeramicSpeed is one of the world’s leading suppliers of ceramic bearings. From our start, as the first ones to introduce ceramic bearings to the cycling industry. The company has grown rapidly, focusing on cycling and industrial applications. We have more than 15 years’ experience in bearings applications, and have developed close relationships with our component suppliers over the years – each of whom is the very best in their field. CeramicSpeed bearings are based directly on the technology developed as part of NASA’s space program in the 1990s. Today, CeramicSpeed produces hybrid bearings, using top grade Silicon Nitride ceramic balls, which surpass traditional steel bearings in every possible way. With continuous product development, ceramic ball technology has now entered everyday usage, both within industrial applications and cycling. The results of our efforts are easily seen in the high quality products we develop, documented performance, and place CeramicSpeed at the forefront of the business. In 2015, CeramicSpeed took over the UltraFast Optimization Chains, a subsidiary of the independent lab Friction Facts. These ultrafast chains are meant to enrich the CeramicSpeed product offer for the sports world, and improve the biking experience with yet another innovative product, successfully continuing to save watts. All our bearings are handmade and the chains optimised by hand in Denmark.

Second time in Kona, but going for No. 1.

Katrine Græsbøll Christensen’s Quintana Roo is race ready for the IRONMAN World Championship.
In Kona, Katrine never compromises on staying cool and staying aero.

Her race setup reflects exactly that, right down to the custom CeramicSpeed OSPW AERO designed especially for her.

At Kona 2026, Solveig Natvig Løvseth showed what it means to Never Compromise.

Ahead of the race, we had the pleasure of welcoming Solveig’s bike to our CeramicSpeed Performance Hub, where we gave it a final service and fitted the custom gold OSPW Aero we had created specially for her Kona setup.

But for us, the story became about much more than the bike. Watching Solveig fight all the way to the finish line was something special, and a performance that truly captured what Never Compromise means to us.

Fastest Bike Split at the IM World Championships

At Kona 2026, all things came together for Gregory Barnaby on the bike, when he set the fastest split of all finishers - 4:11:23 over 180 km - and went on to finish in an impressive 4th place.

Greg was riding the newly launched PINARELLO Bollide F TR, which we had the pleasure of upgrading pre-race at our CeramicSpeed Performance Hub.

We never get tired of seeing these incredible athletes deliver performances like this.

Magnus Bak Klaris wins the UCI Gravel World Championships

In a thrilling race in Nannup, Australia, Magnus Bak Klaris took home the biggest win of his career, when he crossed the finish line first in a four-man sprint.

The Danish Elite riders made their mark and were among the strongest nations on course. An unfortunate late crash ruined the finale for pre-race favourite Mads Würtz Schmidt and he had to settle for 4th in the sprint.

But wow, what a display of courage and power from the two Danish riders, mixing it up in the finale with WorldTour riders and the who’s-who of gravel racing.

Big congrats, Magnus! Soak it in.

Just before it’s go time at the Gravel World Championships in Nannup, Australia we caught up with some of the Elite Danish National riders to make sure they’re race-ready for Sunday’s fight for the rainbow bands.

We’re proud to support the Elite riders through our partnership with the Danish Cycling Federation, and we can’t to see them battle it out on Sunday.
