Today, we simply want to say thank you to our warriors. It was your mentality that made this run possible- something that should not have been physically possible at that intensity. That is the NFT Munich mentality. Five high-pressure matches. Zero rotation. We topped the table while competing against five of the top nepalese teams in Germany. The football NFT played, with such flair and character, was a joy to watch. The final match did not go our way, but what a fight, guys. Nothing but respect. 🙌

To the injured bodies and tired feet- recover well. Injuries should not be excuses. We have to work harder, and be fitter. We will be back soon.

Last week, on 1st January, we welcomed the New Year with our NFT Community in a joyful celebration filled with delicious Nepali food, drinks, music, dance, and a warm get-together.

It was a wonderful opportunity to reflect on the past year, exchange ideas and perspectives, and look ahead together. We had meaningful discussions around the NRNA Cup 2025 organised by us. We also presented the financial report from the event. We were also honored to felicitate and sincerely thank the members who supported us unconditionally for the event. Also, we reviewed, critically discussed our last year’s footballing campaign.

Overall, it was a fruitful, inspiring, and heartwarming gathering. Looking forward to an even stronger year ahead!

Our year in a nutshell ⏪⚽

As a football team, we’ve been running strong for 11 years. In year 2025, we shared 100+ football sessions filled with great football and fun- something we all look forward to every single week. We played many friendly matches, internal games, and competed in two Nepalese tournaments. In the Frankfurt tournament, we reached the final but fell just short. In the NRNA Cup, we finished at the semi-final stage. Another huge achievement this year was the formation of our women’s team. Within just one year, they have trained hard and grown into a formidable Nepalese women’s team in Germany; a milestone we are incredibly proud of. Result-wise, it wasn’t the year we aimed for by our standards- but as always, we learn from our mistakes, go to our basics and come back stronger. Our motto “Immer Weiter” continues to guide us forward.

Another major highlight of the year was organizing one of the biggest Nepalese football events ever held in Germany. Bringing together over 2,000 people in one place and celebrating the Nepalese diaspora was a huge win for us. A heartfelt thank you to all our partners, sponsors, helping hands, and well-wishers for the incredible support.

Beyond football, NFT Munich continues to be a platform for young people in and around Munich- fostering sport, friendship, and a strong sense of community. And we will continue to do exactly that.
