🏗functional training fun🏗
⚠️not breaking news⚠️ Running healthy without full-body training is not possible! Offering this moment at least 3 times a week to me is important. It's a intim moment between my head and my body. I can't imagine my trailrunning training without. It counts so much in the everyday life confort, and even more in the hard times of a race... (you will be gratefull🙌) During this session i challenge my inspiration.. I try exercices, dare new moves, repair things and all that to create adaptations. That's a kind of foundation work to be better on the moment. It make fun and it is definitely one of the key to evolve constantly.
