Throughout June, will be taking over our Thursday evening Beyond Flexibility class, sharing his approach to backbending and mobility.
Join us for a 4-week Backbend Special and spend 75 minutes each week exploring the foundations, techniques, and conditioning that make deeper backbends possible.
