✅ 1. The Grip: Don’t keep your racket in the same position. Rotate it slightly for a stronger backhand.
✅ 2. The Strike: Stop “chopping” the ball! Hit it flat to gain control and power.
✅ 3. The Balance: Your non-dominant hand shouldn’t just hang there. Move it against the stroke to stay balanced.
