Smart Kyra has some seriously special blood running through her veins.

Her father Smartin is a son of the legendary Smart Little Lena, one of the greatest and most influential cutting horses of all time. Her mother, A Jazzy Vintage, brings another exceptional performance line through A Sparkling Vintage and Shining Spark.

Kyra was originally trained for reining, but we always knew there was something different about her. Then we put her in front of a cow.

Everything suddenly made sense.

The instinct was there. She became focused, interested and genuinely seemed to love her job. With generations of cutting blood behind her, perhaps we shouldn’t have been surprised. 🐄🤠

Gunshine Master carries some serious reining heritage. She is a granddaughter of the legendary Master Snapper, an NRHA Million Dollar Sire and one of the great names in European reining.

But her bloodline only tells half the story.

She’s spicy, explosive and full of attitude — definitely not a horse that goes unnoticed! She has an incredible amount of personality and fire, and somehow, despite all of that… she’s my favourite horse in the world. 🖤

Huey (We R Who We R) is a very special Quarter Horse with exceptional reining bloodlines.

His grandfather is the legendary Colonels Smoking Gun — “Gunner”, an NRHA Hall of Fame stallion and one of the most influential sires in the history of reining, whose offspring have earned millions in competition worldwide.

Huey’s father, Colonel Shining Gun, is a direct son of Gunner, while his mother, Miss Supreme Spook, brings the equally prestigious Smart Spook bloodline.

That gives Huey an extraordinary combination of Gunner and Smart Spook genetics, together with his own natural ability, temperament and willingness.

Amazing work from this very determine women who eventually wants to learn how to barrel race! I respect her dedication 🫶🏻🤠

I’d like to point out that all of my horses have been personally trained by us here a Rock Rose Ranch to not spook when they encounter motorbikes, fast cars, barking Dogs, hunters, or those weird looking colourful spandex bicyclists who actually give me the creeps.

The world is not going to stop or play by your Rules every time you wanna go on a trail ride. So stop blaming the world and start taking responsibility for training your Horses. Or bring them to us and we’ll train them for you.
