🇬🇷Κάποιες μεταμορφώσεις δεν αφορούν μόνο την απώλεια βάρους.

Ο Κώστας μεταμορφώθηκε από 140kg ➡️ 80kg και έχασε συνολικά 60kg μέσα σε 18 μήνες.

Όμως η μεγαλύτερη αλλαγή δεν έγινε στο σώμα του.

Έγινε όταν αποφάσισε να σταματήσει να είναι το θύμα των συνθηκών του και να γίνει ο δημιουργός της ζωής του.

Today's workout with Mike. 💪

We hit chest hard and left nothing in the tank.

Started with a brutal triset to pre-exhaust the muscles and maximize intensity:

🔥 Bench Press
🔥 Dumbbell Press
🔥 Dumbbell Flys

Then we moved on to:

✅ Smith Machine Incline Press
✅ High Cable Flys
✅ Landmine Press
✅ Push-Ups Finisher

The goal isn't just to move weight—it's to create maximum muscle tension, maintain perfect form, and push beyond your comfort zone.

Results come from consistency, effort, and showing up even when you don't feel like it.

Another session in the books. Another step forward.

LEG DAY 🔥

Today's lineup:

✅ Landmine Squats
✅ Landmine Reverse Lunges
✅ Deficit Static Lunges
✅ Bulgarian Split Squats
✅ Cable Kickbacks (performed with a deep stretch)
✅ Heavy Hip Thrusts

Every exercise had a purpose.

Landmine squats built overall lower-body strength and allowed us to load the legs safely and effectively.

The reverse lunges, deficit lunges, and Bulgarians challenged each leg individually, improving stability while exposing any strength imbalances.

The deficit lunges, Bulgarians, and stretched cable kickbacks placed the glutes under significant tension in a lengthened position. Research shows that training muscles in a stretched position can be a powerful stimulus for muscle growth.

We then finished with heavy hip thrusts, allowing us to overload the glutes and maximize force production.

Different exercises. Different positions. One goal:

Creating as much quality tension as possible through a full range of motion while progressively getting stronger over time.

Science is simple:
Apply tension.
Recover.
Repeat.

That's how stronger legs and glutes are built. 💪

💪🔥 Busy mum. No excuses. Just consistency.

With only 3 training sessions per week, we have to make every workout count.

Today's session was all upper body:
✅ 2 back exercises
✅ 2 chest exercises
✅ 2 shoulder exercises
✅ 1 bicep exercise
✅ 1 tricep exercise

The other training days are focused mainly on legs and glutes, so when it's time for upper body, we cover it all.

What makes me proud isn't just the effort she puts in during the workout. It's the fact that no matter how busy life gets, she shows up, works hard, doesn't complain, and gets the job done.

That's the kind of mindset that creates results. 👊

It's an honour to be part of her journey and watch her become stronger, healthier, and more confident every week. 🚀❤️
