Our goal is to share our passion, inspire and make our participants excel in their Art.

The ART of provides young dancers with the essential tools, techniques, and artistic insight needed to develop into well-rounded professionals prepared for today’s dance world. »ART of« was created in 2012 with the support of William Forsythe after recognizing a gap in the dance education of young dancers and has quickly established itself as one of the leading providers of dance masterclasses in

the dance world. The »ART of« programs aim to provide young dancers with various skills that will help them along their journey towards a professional career, as well as making them understand the direct relationship between classical and modern dance.

»ART of« commits to bringing the best teachers, ballet masters and choreographers the dance world has to offer to teach at their various programs. Our participants receive the unique opportunity to not only expand their horizon and perfect their technique and artistry, they also have the privilege of working with teachers that usually only work with leading dance schools and companies around the globe.

Somewhere between beauty and history, flamenco and stillness, Madrid becomes a ballet education metropolis in July.

ART of Ballet Summer Course takes place 13–25 July 2026 at the Conservatorio Superior de Danza “María de Ávila” — days shaped by class, repetition, discovery, and the quiet work that stays with you long after.

From classical ballet to Forsythe repertoire and improvisation, the process unfolds step by step.

Open to dancers 14+ across different levels, coming together from different places, sharing one space.
