We made it ! 🙏🏽 one week of pure heaven . It is difficult in 20 images to summerize what we experienced here as a group for this first Pilates retreat i organized in Phuket but i assure you it was a blast . We have shared many things and it s definitely one for the book . Every day was filled with joy, laughters, sweat but no tears 🤩All the activities were just amazing, mixing Matwork Pilates, reformer Pilates, Yin Yoga , Sound healing , Breathwork, temple and big buddah visit, boat trip, massages, shopping , muay thaï , super good and healthy food , heat , rain , wind , scooter rides, beaches , sunshine ☀️ and a lot more .
