A week of island hopping in Greece: we sail together, live and sleep on the boat, swim, stand-up paddle and snorkel – combined with Yoga, Handstands, AcroYoga workshops & open jams.
A format I’ve been dreaming of for years: AcroYogis traveling together on the sea.

Hosted by me & John Karvelis – mindful, alive, and deeply connected.
John Karvelis has been a senior teacher with AcroYoga org for over 10 years and is internationally known as a movement expert and key figure in the AcroYoga scene.

Open to all levels who feel drawn to movement, the sea, and community.

Ich freue mich riesig, euch meinen nächsten Acroyoga Workshop Level 1 anzukündigen – und zwar in Winterthur, meiner Heimatstadt! 💚

Als ich in Winti aufgewachsen bin, hätte ich nie gedacht, dass ich eines Tages hier Acroyoga unterrichten würde. Jedes Mal, wenn ich zurückkomme, fühlt es sich besonders an – und dieses Mal bringe ich meine Leidenschaft für Partner Acrobatics mit!
