Confession time: I’ve been smelling muffins. 🧁

Since March 1st, I’ve pressed pause on processed sweets.
And let me tell you—the struggle is real! Standing there, just inhaling the scent of a fresh muffin while everyone else dives in... it’s a test of will I didn’t know I needed. 😅

It’s especially tough when the ice cream comes out and you’re the only one at the table without a cone. So, why do it? I already eat 80% clean, so why push for that extra 20%?

For me, it’s about awareness.
At ByBo, we believe in changing one habit at a time to see the biggest results. By stepping back, I’ve had to get creative! 🥑✨ I’ve discovered:
🍓 Refreshing fruit salads that actually hit the spot.
🥑 Creamy chocolate avocado mousse (trust me on this one!).
🍰High-protein chocolate cake made with cottage cheese and cacao.

Is it worth it? It’s not about being perfect; it’s about proving to myself that I’m in control, not the sugar. It’s about feeling that steady energy throughout the day without the crash. ⚡️

Seeing nearly 300 push-ups from so many of you wasn’t just about the physical strength. It was about the commitment. It was about that moment when your arms started to shake, but you kept going because the person next to you was cheering you on. That is the ByBo spirit! 🦁✨

💥 PYRAMID POWER: THE CLIMB CONTINUES!
Are you ready to level up? We are stepping into Week 3 of our 10-Year Anniversary, and this time, it’s all about the Pyramid Push-Up!

This week, we test our discipline: 70, 60, 50, 40, 30, 20, 10. Every day, we do 10 less, but our focus stays 100% sharp. I’ve completed my 70 reps yesterday and 60 reps are coming later today.

In each class this week ByBo Coaches will run with you the push-ups to complete the challenge. Why? Because the community is pushing each other to the finish line.

Whether you’re feeling strong or need that extra push, we are in this together. be part of it!

To celebrate 10 years of ByBo, our second anniversary challenge is all about endurance and mental grit.
THE CHALLENGE: Complete 10 Kilometers of running or walking.

Whether you do it in one go or split the distance across the week, the goal is to keep your heart pumping and your energy high. Strength isn’t just built in the studio—it’s built in every step you put in.

HOW TO ENTER THE DRAW:
To stay in the running for our 10th-anniversary prizes you must show us your progress:
