DON’T JUDGE THE PROCESS
BEFORE YOU’VE WORKED THE PROCESS.
I see this happen in dealerships all the time.
A new process gets introduced. It works for a few days. Then ex*****on gets inconsistent, accountability slips, and before long someone decides “the process doesn’t work.”
But did the process fail?
Or did we stop following it?
Training creates the understanding.
Process creates consistency.
Accountability creates ex*****on.
Results come after all three.
Give a good process enough time—and execute it consistently enough—to actually judge the outcome.
Training → Process → Accountability → Results.
