Weโ€™re excited to introduce Mikale โ€” one of our own, now officially certified and stepping into a coaching role at PAC. Heโ€™ll be starting immediately with youth training and athlete development.

Mikale isnโ€™t just trained โ€” heโ€™s currently competing and understands exactly what young athletes need to succeed.

Elite U15 (1pm-2pm)

Designed for athletes already playing AA/AAA hockey who want to separate themselves. This program emphasizes high level strength, explosive power, speed development and conditioning required to compete at next level.

U11 (2pm-3pm) and U13 (3pm-4pm)

Built for athletes aiming to make AA/AAA teams. Focused on developing strength, speed and conditioning while building the habits and discipline needed to compete at a higher level.
