Rally is an unforgiving sport, and this weekend was another reminder of just how quickly things can change.

The Ledwidge Lookoff Rally, hosted by Bluenose Autosport Club, delivered some incredibly technical stages, with constantly changing traction from standing water, loose gravel, and everything in between. Unfortunately, we had a close encounter with a tree that would ultimately contribute to ending our rally early. Despite our crew's best efforts to keep us on the road, mechanical failures caught up with us, and after completing just 4 of the 8 stages, we simply ran out of time.

Not the ending we had hoped for, but that's rally. Sometimes you win, sometimes the trees win! It's been an incredible year of motorsports, full of unforgettable experiences, great people, and plenty of lessons learned. Huge thanks to our crew Tom Wood and Tabatha Wood and Dustin for giving it everything they had to keep us going, and to everyone who made this event possible. We'll be back!

We done, but we had fun.. Stage 4 of 8 turned into a handful of a car darting in different directions. Broken control arm and then broken axle. Maybe in that order, maybe the tree had something to do with it? Dunno. The rally gods have spoken.

Co-driving the last Stage Rally of 2026 this weekend. We need a recce car, and as much as I wish I was taking the E36 M3, I don't think the suspension could handle it... lol "MCS Coils" Ryan Burrill has the WRX all sorted, and we are ready to see where we finish.
It's been a heck of a year for Motorsports, so looking forward to having some fun with our crew Tabatha Wood, and Tom Wood.

What better way to visit the small towns of Newfoundland? Was working on my Newfoundland phrases while passing all the spectators! This was one of our Day 4 Glenwood Stages from Targa Newfoundland. Just crazy to think we did, what we did, where we did it, for almost a week. Ryan Burrill and Mike Reese are already looking forward to doing it again! Getting through some video now, so there is so much more to come.
