The reality is I’ve been out of my exercise routine for longer than I’d like to admit.
Living for approximately 14 months in daily survival mode with intense grief means patience with the recovery from it ❤️🩹
But here’s the thing, consistency doesn’t look like a perfectly clean routine. Most of the time it’s with constant interruptions, & that’s ok.
We seem to think if we don’t fill in all our boxes completely each day we’ve somehow failed. But the truth is the micro repetitive actions actually compound the most (just like your investments 😏).
Perfect burns people out, consistent keeps people in.
Whether it’s my health, my business, or just staying on the path I know I’m suppose to be on, the results never came from the flawless days. They came from the messy, repeated, imperfect ones, the ones where I showed up anyways.
If you’re starting fresh too, cheers to putting in the work when everything feels like it’s falling apart. Our reps will always count 🏋🏼♀️
