💜 IMPACT Academy Teams 1, 2 & 3 💜

What a season it has been for our Academy athletes!

The Academy Program is where the journey begins. It’s a place for athletes to learn, develop, gain confidence, and discover a love for the game while building friendships that can last a lifetime.

Throughout the season, our Academy Teams 1, 2, and 3 competed in Tier 2 tournaments, giving athletes the opportunity to experience the excitement of tournament play while feeling part of a club environment. Along the way, they received coaching, mentorship, skill development, and valuable game experience that will help prepare them for the next stage of their volleyball journey.

We are incredibly proud of the growth we witnessed this season. From learning new skills and understanding the game to building confidence and supporting one another, every athlete made a lasting IMPACT.

Thank you to our athletes, coaches, parent coaches and families for your commitment, energy, and support throughout the season. The future is bright, and we can’t wait to see where your volleyball journey takes you next. 💜🏐

💜 IMPACT 17U Black 💜

It’s hard to put into words what this team means to our club.

For years, this group has been a big part of the IMPACT family and has created memories that will stay with us for a long time.

From the first day they stepped into the gym to their final match at Nationals, they represented themselves, their families, and our club with pride.

One of the most rewarding things has been watching these athletes grow. We watched them develop their skills, build confidence, overcome challenges, and become strong teammates and young adults. The growth we’ve seen over the years has been something truly special.

What I’ll remember most isn’t the scores or the standings. It’s the friendships, the laughs between games, the conversations at tournaments, and the way this group always found a way to support one another.

To the parents, thank you for believing in the journey. Your support from day one until the very last point of Nationals never went unnoticed. You were always there, cheering, encouraging, and helping create such a positive experience for these athletes.

To every athlete on 17U Black, thank you. Thank you for your commitment, your trust, and for allowing us to be part of your volleyball journey. You have left a lasting IMPACT on this club, and we couldn’t be prouder of the people you have become.

💜🖤 16U IMPACT Black 🖤💜 - that’s a wrap of the season!

This team’s journey began as Team Nova in our Academy Developmental Program and continued as 15U IMPACT Rage last season. Over the years, we have had the privilege of watching them grow, not only as athletes but as people.

While the results at Provincials and Nationals may not have reflected all of their hard work, success is measured in more than wins and losses. The friendships built, the memories shared, and the lasting IMPACT they have made on one another are what truly define this team.

We are incredibly proud of the young people they have become and of the journey they have taken together. Looking back at where they started and seeing how far they have come is something worth celebrating.

💜 15U IMPACT Purple | A Season to Remember 💜

There are teams that achieve success, and then there are teams that leave a lasting impact. This year’s 15U IMPACT Purple did both.

From achieving a strong finish at Provincials to winning 5 of 7 matches at Nationals, this group demonstrated what can be accomplished through hard work, resilience, and belief in one another.

What made this team truly special wasn’t just the results. It was the people behind them. Our coaching staff, incredible parent managers, and families who supported every athlete as if they were their own, has created a culture where athletes could grow, compete, and succeed together.

The collective spirit of this team lifted one another through challenges and celebrated every success. The trust, support, and genuine care within this group became the foundation of everything they achieved.

There are so many moments from this season that we will never forget. While the volleyball season has come to an end, the friendships, memories, and lessons built along the way will last a lifetime.

Our 4th Annual IMPACT Gala was another meaningful night in a tradition that just keeps growing and evolving year after year.

It’s been special to look back at how this all started and see how far we’ve come.

Our first gala was held at Beach Volleyball. At that time, we only had two teams. It was simple, close-knit, and full of energy. Athletes were even driven by limo from the restaurant to the beach courts, and those little moments made it unforgettable.

Year two brought us to the Masonic Center, where the event grew in size and the sense of community started to really take shape.

Year three at Dakota continued to build on that, with even more celebration of the athletes, families, and everything they accomplished together.

And this year, we gathered at Soul Sanctuary, a beautiful space to reflect, recognize, and celebrate another incredible season.

Each year has looked a little different, but the heart of it has stayed the same: people, connection, growth, and celebrating the IMPACT journey together.
