Since opening in 2012, Youngs Sportsplex has not only elevated the sport scene in the City of Welland, but across the entire Niagara Region. The multi-sport complex features four indoor tennis courts, an indoor FIFA-regulation sized soccer field, and five outdoor (two turf, three grass) soccer fields. Such offerings have included tennis, soccer, football, Ultimate Frisbee, lacrosse, softball, golf, and more for both youth and adults. facility is also the proud host of many sport events, such as various OFSAA Championships, Canadian Tire Jump Start days, Special Olympics Ontario School Championships Qualifiers, Niagara College Men’s & Women’s Soccer, and more, as well as non-sport events.
