Yesterday was Jasur’s last training session before heading to Montreal for a training camp, followed by the Cadet World Championships in Ecuador. 🇪🇨

We were very happy to have former coaches and former athletes from High Performance Team Ontario come to support Jasur before his journey. Thank you for being there! ✊

We officially lowered our minimum age from 5 to 4 years old! 💥
This little champion is the reason why. At just 4 years old, he showed us that with the right attitude, focus, and energy, young kids can successfully start their judo journey earlier than we expected.
Every child develops differently, but for motivated 4-year-olds, we’re now ready to welcome them to the mat.
