It’s been a fun, funny, growth and motivational experience with my brother Max. He taught me so much about the human mind and the true value of “will”. You can do ANYTHING you want in this life if your mind is right because everything down to this app your using starts with a thought !! All I gave him was the blue print and became less of his trainer and more a gym partner and we changed each other’s lives !! I’m now a Pescatarian soon to be a vegan and he’s now exactly where he wants to be and we on the VICTORY LAP! 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿 YOU DIDN’T JUST LOSE WEIGHT, YOU ENDURED A MUSCULAR BUILDING PHASE AND RE-MODLED YOUR BODY, THATS HARD AS F***!!!

Ps: “Valentine is mean and he’s always yelling” .. that yelling gets you 50lbs in 3months !! Congrats your a different breed!!!!
