When Jew haters come for me and I put them in their place, for some reason, they are often surprised by my “rude” or “aggressiveness,” in response to their hate.

One of their favourite things to say is, “how are you a therapist!?!!??”

Firstly, thanks for being so obsessed with me that you researched me, lol.

And secondly, not only am I therapist, I’m a great fu***ng therapist — I love my job and I have beautiful and lasting relationships with my incredible clients, who I respect, who are kind people, who are safe, and who are not at all racist or hateful. I value them, respect them, and feel privileged to work with them.

But let me clarify something (because apparently I have to) — unless we have formally decided that you are my client, and I am your therapist, you are NOT my client, and I owe you nothing. N-O-T-H-I-N-G.

I do not owe you respect. Especially if you are disrespecting me or harassing me or my community.

I do not owe you my time or energy. A disclaimer. An explanation, conversation, or debate. Resources. Kindness. Patience. Understanding. Forgiveness. Compassion. Or anything.

Being a therapist does NOT mean I have to tolerate disrespect and anti-Jewish racism that is directed toward me, or anyone.

I tried doing things a different way when I started doing Jewish advocacy years ago — the kind and polite way… I tried challenging people with kindness, respect, and resources, as they continued to call me a “kike” and say “Hitler was right.”

Guess how that went?

So, now, I am tired of offering respect to those who offer none in return.

Not anymore.

Welcome to my page — where I make the rules, and where racist, antisemitic, as****es will be called out, made fun of, condemned, and disrespected.

I am all for Jewish unity.

But I’m not for “unity” with people who are incredibly harmful to Jews and Israel, who put us in danger, who don’t believe Israel has a right to exist, or defend herself, who call Jews in our own homeland “colonizers,” or who support Hamas or “Palestine” — a territory where Jews and Israel are hated and where violence against us is encouraged and blatantly taught… to young young children. (*it’s called indoctrination.)

If you’re an antizionist Jew, we are not the same and you are not my people.

No challah for you, traitors. ✌🏼

Apparently, we need a little lesson in how elections work.

You need to be a citizen to vote.

So, Americans don’t get to vote in Canadian elections. Canadians don’t get to vote in French elections. And Palestinians — who are not Israeli citizens — don’t get to vote in Israeli elections.

You know who CAN vote???? Arab Israeli citizens(because they are Israeli).

They can also run for office, serve in the Knesset, participate in the country’s political system, etc.

Stop pretending that Israel uniquely denies noncitizens the right to vote in its national elections… and stop listening to everything you hear without questioning it.

You look dumb af, bro.

This was my first time voting in an Israel election.

I’m not an expert.
I find politics confusing — even in Canada, where I grew up, so you can imagine how I feel in Israel… 😵‍💫
I did research.
I asked questions (and continue to).
I asked ChatGPT to make me quizzes to explore the things I value most. (It was helpful. Thanks chatties).
I voted and did my best.

Did you????

Our future depends on it.

Your vote can make a difference.

Am yisrael chai!

Apartheid? Not quite…

And for anyone who needs a reminder: Arab Palestinians are not Israeli citizens… they have their own governments.

Don’t forget to vote! The future of OUR country depends on it.

Stay mad.

We’ll stay the one full democracy in the Middle East. ✌🏼

Sometimes it’s the smaller things that matter most.

Not crying at an appointment when I would typically panic. Times of increased confidence. Putting yourself out there. Meeting new people. Getting less dysregulated. Feeling more brave. Making new friends. Trying new things.

Aliyah is hard… really hard. And there are plenty of moments where I feel like “what the eff am I doing?” Or “I can’t do this!” Or “should I go back to Canada?”

And there are also SO many moments where I feel proud of myself, happier than anywhere else, extra confident, excited for my future, curious, open-minded, hopeful, and like I’m on the right path.

So, here is to celebrating the seemingly little moments — the ones that add up to big things over time.

And to recognizing and having gratitude for the glimmers.

And to chasing your dreams and creating the life you’ve always dreamed of.

It won’t be easy. But I think it will be worth it.

What are some of your recent glimmers??? Let’s celebrate each other. 👩🏼‍🤝‍👩🏽

“From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free” is an inherently antisemitic slogan.

Just because you don’t know that or understand that, doesn’t mean it’s not true.

What’s between the (Jordan) River and (Mediterranean) Sea??? Israel.

The slogan is clearly a call to “free” the region of Israel…

Show me where masses of “pro-Palestinians” are using that slogan peacefully and not as a genocidal call for the elimination of the one Jewish state in the world…

Like I said… I’ll wait. But I sure as s**t
won’t hold my breath.

Oh — and commenting “free Palestine” on a Jewish creators post simply because they are Jewish is extra antisemitic… thinking Jews owe you a disclaimer, explanation, or public denouncing of Israel and her self-defence, and holding us collectively responsible for what’s happening in Gaza is anti-Jewish racism.

Sit your ass down, loonie toons. 🤡

Also, eff antizionist Jews the most. Traitorous little c.u..n.t.s desperate for approval and acceptance from the very people who want us — including you — de.a.d…
It’s crazy. Suicidal.
