Happy New Year 2026 from Halifax Tars RFC 🎉

What a year 2025 was — championships won, standards set, and memories made. Now we look ahead to 2026 with multiple titles to defend and an exciting year of growth ahead 💪🏆

A huge thank you to our families, volunteers, alumni, current players, clubhouse staff, and everyone who proudly calls themselves a Tar — this club is one big community, and every year we prove why the Tars are, and always will be, at the top.

Our Tar Sr. men finished 2025 with a perfect 22-0 record, going undefeated across both Division 1 and Division 2. Nova Scotia and Maritime champions in both divisions, bringing four cups back to the clubhouse.

A season we’ll be talking about for years.

Dont miss out on the TARS RFC Youth post-season celebration and awards evening for our U4 to U17 rugby programs. We hope players and their families can come join us for an evening of food, celebration and fun.
