🐾 MEET STEVIE! MY NEW ASSISTANT!😂❤️

Okay, who am I kidding? Apparently I'M HIS ASSISTANT. And honestly, that seems about right. 🤣

It's October 10, 2026, and we're kicking off the day with SNOW here in Alberta. ❄️

But Stevie isn't letting a little snow stop him!

The little man is ready to make his FIRST RV SALE!🐾🚐

And REALLY... how are you supposed to say NO to that face?!

He's got big plans for his first commission.

TOY SHOPPING.🧸🦴😂

So come see us at Vision RV! Ask for Stevie... I'll be the one doing all the paperwork. 🤣

Leigh-Anne @ Vision RV | 780😍977😎2138

WHOEVER PUT THE BUNK ROOM AT THE OTHER END OF THIS RV DESERVES A RAISE. 😂

Bunks.
Desk.
Bathroom.

That's their end.

At the other end?

King bedroom.

That's yours.

And in the middle: a big kitchen, island, 16 cu. ft. fridge, theatre seating and fireplace.

Whoever designed this floorplan has clearly spent some time travelling with kids. 😂

2026 FOREST RIVER CARDINAL 35FUN

42' 7" • 3 slides • Sleeps 6
Rear bunk room • King bedroom • Kitchen island • Theatre seating • Fireplace

WAS $122,988

🔥 NOW $99,871

$23,117 OFF

But the price isn't the first thing I'd look at.

Look at the floorplan.

Then look at the pictures.

You'll see why I picked this one.

😂 I NEED SOMEONE WEIRD. SERIOUSLY.

2025 FOREST RIVER HERITAGE GLEN 38 VERANDA — $99,971

LEIGH-ANNE MANCINI | VISION RV | ACHESON, AB
📲 780😎977❤️2138 | Stock # FW11110

I'm just going to say it.

THIS THING HAS BEEN A PAIN IN MY ASS TO SELL. 😂

Why?

Because somebody at Forest River apparently said:

“You know what fifth wheels are missing? A BACK DECK.”

And everyone else in the meeting apparently said:

“YEP. BUILD IT.” 😂

So here we are.

A 43'3" fifth wheel with FOUR slides and a freaking covered veranda hanging off the back.

Is it for everybody?

ABSOLUTELY NOT.

Do you want a normal fifth wheel?

KEEP SCROLLING. 😂

But somewhere in Alberta is one person who's going to look at this ridiculous thing and say:

“WAIT... I CAN SIT ON MY OWN COVERED DECK, HAVE AN OUTDOOR KITCHEN, GRIDDLE, SINK AND FRIDGE — AND WALK THROUGH A PATIO DOOR INTO MY RV?!”

YES. YOU WEIRDO. THIS IS YOUR TRAILER. 😂

And the inside isn't exactly suffering either — king bed, four slides, huge living area, fireplace, big TV, island kitchen, massive shower, washer/dryer prep and enough storage to move in and start receiving mail.

It was $129,988.

Now it's $99,971.

That's $30,017 OFF, because apparently even the dealership is saying:

“SOMEBODY PLEASE BUY THE ONE WITH THE DECK.” 😂😂

Seriously — tag the person who would freaking LOVE this thing.

Because I KNOW you're out there.

And I would very much like to meet you. 😂

🔥 LUXURY FIFTH WHEEL — AND THE ONLY ONE IN CANADA 🇨🇦

2023 FOREST RIVER CARDINAL 312RLLE — $84,988
LEIGH-ANNE MANCINI | VISION RV | ACHESON, AB
📲 780😎977❤️2138 | Stock # FW11028A

This isn't your basic fifth wheel with a fancy backsplash and an attitude. 😂

This is a Cardinal luxury fifth wheel — for somebody who wants the higher-end stuff and doesn't want to pull into the campground with the exact same unit as three other people.

And that's going to be pretty hard to do with this one because...

🇨🇦 IT'S THE ONLY ONE IN CANADA.

That's right. ONE.

So if someone pulls in beside you and says, “Hey, I've got the same one!”

No you freaking don't. 😂

35'5" | 3 slides | Sleeps 4

Was $89,988
🔥 NOW $84,988

If you've been looking for a luxury fifth wheel that's actually different, you need to come see this one.

And PLEASE — if MY ad brought you in, ASK FOR LEIGH-ANNE! ❤️
Don't find my ad, fall in love with my trailer, then wander in and forget my freaking name. 😂
