Tiny humans, big moves 🤸‍♀️👶

Baby Gymnastics is here for the 4-18 month crowd, and honestly it's the cutest hour (or two) of our week. Rolling, crawling, climbing, giggling... it's basically a superhero training camp in disguise, and grown-ups get to be right there in the action.
🩰 Baby & Me (4-8 months) Wednesdays 10:30-11:30am
🌟 Babynastics (8-18 months) Thursdays 10:30am-12:00pm is SOLD OUT , but don't be shy about joining the waitlist, spots sometimes open up!

Okay but have you tried flipping upside down on purpose lately? 🙃

Adult Gymnastics is back Tuesdays 7:00–8:15pm, ages 18+, and yes that's a real class where grown-ups get to be little kids again. Never done a cartwheel? Perfect. Used to be a gymnast "a hundred years ago"? Also perfect. Bonus: your spot gets you into Open Gym right after at 8:15pm, so you can keep playing.

Heads up though, we are DOWN TO THE LAST FEW SPOTS 👀 so don't be the person who waits and misses it. Register at spectrumgymnastics.ca before we're full!

We’re getting ready to make a little Spectrum history!🩵✨⁣

Last weekend, Coach Kylie & Coach Genna attended Gymnastics Ontario Congress and this year, their learning looked a little different!⁣
⁣
Instead of the recreational gymnastics sessions we typically focus on, they spent the weekend diving into competitive gymnastics education, learning more about skill development, technique, progressions and other topics they’ll be bringing back into the gym as they prepare to lead our very first Showcase Team!🤸‍♀️⁣
⁣
Starting something new is exciting, but we also know how important it is to build it on a strong foundation. Congress was another opportunity for Kylie & Genna to expand their knowledge, bring home new ideas and continue preparing to give our inaugural team an incredible first season.⁣
⁣
There’s a lot of learning, planning and preparation happening behind the scenes, all leading up to a pretty special moment when our very first Showcase Team takes the floor🤟🏻⁣
⁣
We’re so excited for these coaches, these athletes and everything that’s ahead. They won’t just be part of the Showcase Team… they’ll forever be the group that started it all🥹⁣

It’s a little bittersweet to say, but we’re officially heading into our LAST week of Summer Camp before everyone heads back to school!🥹⁣

And we’re ending summer with a pretty special one…Super Heroes in Training!🦸🏼‍♀️🦸🏻‍♂️⁣

We can’t wait for a week full of superhero fun while also celebrating some of the real life heroes in our community who help, protect, teach and care for others every single day! ⁣

One more week of summer camp magic…let’s make it a good one!🤟🏻

Registration for our Fall session is live! We've got something for every age this time around — from Baby & Me sessions with our tiniest gymnasts all the way up to Adult Gymnastics for the grown-ups who've been meaning to give it a try. Classes run as an 8-week session through September and October, and spots fill up fast every session, so don't wait too long to lock yours in.

We seriously can’t believe we only have TWO weeks of summer camp left…how did summer go by this fast?!☀️😭⁣

Next week we’re kicking off Holidays Galore, and then we’ll finish the summer with a Spectrum tradition: Superheroes in Training! ⁣
⁣
This will be our 6th summer ending camp with Superheroes in Training, and there’s a reason we keep bringing it back🤍 It’s always a favourite for our campers AND coaches as we get to celebrate some of the real-life superheroes in our community and all the amazing things they do.⁣
⁣
Two weeks left…we’re going to make them count!🤟🏻
