Community Living Access is already part of our Superior family in so many ways. We have amazing staff members here, and we are lucky enough to have some of their incredible clients take part in our gym and personal training services too.

Over the last seven months, we’ve been working hard behind the scenes to keep improving Superior Workout Training Centre.

Since taking over, we’ve brought in new equipment, upgraded spaces, added more options, and continued building a gym that truly feels welcoming for everyone whether you’re brand new, getting back into fitness, or already deep into your routine.

Every new piece, every change, and every improvement has been done with our members in mind. We want you to have more variety, more confidence, and more reasons to love coming through those doors.

This gym has grown so much already, and we’re just getting started.

Huge shout-out to Davin!

At only 16 years old, Davin is in the gym every single day putting in the work, staying consistent, and chasing his goals.

When he started, he was bench pressing 170 lbs — and now he’s sitting at a 275 lb max. That kind of progress doesn’t happen by accident. It comes from dedication, discipline, showing up, and pushing yourself even on the days it’s hard.

Davin, we see the effort you’re putting in, and it’s awesome to watch your strength and confidence grow. Keep working hard, keep staying focused, and keep proving to yourself what you’re capable of.
