Happy Seniors Week to our incredible SEBA Seniors!

Your journey, your stories, and your spirit inspire everyone around you. We are so grateful to have you with us.

Our BBQ tonight is to celebrate all that you do to make our community better! Additionally, we want to send a shout out to all those wonderful members who volunteered their time to organize this event for you tonight. Without these volunteers, we couldn’t create such events for all of you!

See you tonight and remember to bring a lawn chair. We have set up tents outside, and if it gets quite miserable, we can move inside the May Hall.

Stay strong, steady, and confident with our weekly fall‑prevention program at Seba Seniors.

Every Friday from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., join us in the May Hall for a balance and stability class followed by coffee and conversation.

It’s a friendly drop‑in session for adults 50+, and you’ll start noticing improvements in just a few weeks.

Bring your indoor shoes and a water bottle.
