Big thank you to Courtney for modelling with us this month 💕

From a bronze medal at the 2019 World University Games in the 1500m to exploring longer distances on the road, her journey keeps evolving. What stands out most isn’t just performance, it’s perspective. Learning to be patient, to shift from pressure into curiosity, and to see running as something you get to shape, not chase.

That same mindset shows up in how she’s been coaching Harriet over the past five months. What started as preparing for a 5K has grown into something bigger, building confidence, developing skills, and finding joy in movement. From pace games to plyometrics, Harriet’s growth has been incredible to watch, especially her natural feel for rhythm and speed. And beyond that, a strong, thoughtful, and quietly determined personality continues to shine through.

This is what community looks like. Experience being shared. Confidence being built. People showing up for each other 🫶
