Ready to lead, inspire, and shape the future of player development? The Basketball Experience is seeking Experienced Coaches & Lead Trainers ready to take on a key leadership role within our coaching staff!
At TBE, we leverage basketball to teach critical life skills, instill lasting confidence, and build elite character on and off the court. We are looking for established coaches to head up skill development sessions across our youth divisions (ages 5 to 17), mentor developing staff, and drive the high standard of our training programs.
What We’re Looking For:
🔹Experience coaching basketbal, player development
🔹Confident floor leadership, strong session-management skills, and the ability to command a gym with positive authority
🔹High basketball IQ with the flexibility to adapt structured lesson plans to maximize each player’s growth
🔹Commitment to serving as a mentor for younger athletes and emerging assistant coaches
🔹Availability for consistent evening and/or weekend session schedules
