This summer at Silver Lake has been a blast! But don’t worry! We plan to stay open for the fall season 🍁

Our hours will be adjusted to prebookings on Thursdays and Fridays, but we will be at the lake on weekends from 1:30 PM to 6:30 PM

Hi everyone,

We’d like to start off by thanking you all for such a wonderful summer season. We’ve decided to remain open for the coming weeks until mid-late October! However, we will be making some changes to our hours.

For starters, Thursdays and Fridays will be by pre-booking only. Since traffic has slowed in recent weeks, and Thursdays and Fridays tend to be scarce for business, we ask that you book in advance with friends and family, that way we can arrive on time for you and yours to enjoy a day on the lake!

Saturdays and Sundays will remain walk-in friendly, though we will soon be adjusting our hours to later start and end times as the new school year rapidly approaches.

Pre-bookings on Thursdays and Fridays will only be valid for reservations of at least $40 (or in other words, two boats for an hour each, or 1 boat for 3 hours, etc.). We apologize for any inconvenience this may bring, but we appreciate your patience and continued support. Payment can either be sent via Etransfer in advance or upon arrival, or in cash. Due to this change, we will also be installing a cancellation fee. Notice of 2 hours minimum must be given to avoid a cancellation fee.

Very soon, we will be making another post pertaining to group bookings (such as clubs and societies, sports teams outings, team building activities, etc.), requests for opening on days we typically aren’t open (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday), and new Saturday and Sunday hours.

Come by Silver Lake at Lillas Fawcett Park where we’ve partnered with Shinerama to offer you grilled cheeses and brownie sundaes while raising funds for cystic fibrosis. Come support a good cause today Sunday August 16th until 6:00 pm!

It’s a big week for lake-goers! On Wednesday the 15th, from 6-8pm we have the second paddle fest of the summer happening in partnership with Tantramar Active Living ! Rentals are FREE, first come first serve!

Furthermore, on Thursday the 16th, from 1:30-3:30pm, there will be a summer fun day event taking place at Silver lake. There will be FREE frozen treats, a slip and slide, and more! Check out Tantramar Active Living posts for more details!
