We had so much fun at our first lesson and social last Saturday! Thanks to everyone who joined us and to Dance practices and socials in Halifax, Nova Scotia for capturing these photos 🙌

It's looking like a sunny Saturday! Join us 3-4:30 at the bandstand in Acadia Park on September 2nd for some swing dancing.

Our first event is less than a week away! Here are some helpful things to know:

👯‍♀️ You don't need to bring your own partner - but if you do bring a friend, the more the merrier!
🔃You'll have the opportunity to switch partners after each song
😴 Don't worry about getting tired out - you can take as many breaks as you need to and jump back in when you're ready!
👟 Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and clothing and bring some water to stay hydrated
✅ $5 covers your entry to the lesson and dance for that day. We've made the decision to move away from Eventbrite and go the old-fashioned way - so bring cash and come a little early so we can get everyone sorted out!

If you're planning to attend, don't forget to mark yourself as 'going' on the Facebook event. We can't wait to see you!
