If I were to categorize all the reasons to take care of yourself I would say my children would take most of the reasons.

I've done kickstand RDLs with 35lbs in each hand so I figured I could do these. The issue was more with the grip. I would love to do some heavier lifting it is just so hard to fit in with teaching so much. * I should have been tucking my chin more but I was checking my form with 90lbs*

I love their wild imaginations. We enjoyed the best hike on Mother's Day... truly just slowed down, and quite literally went off the beaten path exploring whatever nature had to offer. We enjoyed the fresh air, beautiful lake water and a variety of critters. Outdoor family fitness at its finest 👌🏼

We will be doing a circuit at the drill hall in Enderby on George St. every Wednesday morning starting next week!

Circuits are so fun to run.

Your kids probably aren't the only ones watching you ❤️

Keep going. Make goals. Plans. Not excuses. Change course completely if need be and those that matter won't mind they'll only cheer you on.
