There is a new coach in town …

Hint: It listens and it doesn’t judge. For the past 19 years, Inner Fit has been helping our community conquer weight loss goals, do things they never thought possible, and also made living life and doing every day things like climbing stairs or carrying groceries a whole lot easier.

When we first began in 2007, our sole focus was the Weight Loss Boot Camps. But over the years trends changed, the fitness industries changed, COVID happened, and styles of fitness have come and gone.

And after months of reflecting, researching, and reviewing our past success, the owner of Inner Fit, Rachel Seay wanted to invest in something very special for the inner fit community (for both our current and future members). Something that will help each person succeed and find true motivation that comes from within that gives your workouts and eating better a whole new meaning.

The best part is it doesn’t matter what your goal actually is, it will serve each and every person who knows that as we age, our muscles, heart, and bone health matters.

This isn’t something small, this is going to redefine how we do things and in a sense go back to what worked so well in the OG days with a twist.

So stay tuned … we are patiently waiting for its arrival in the next two weeks. But, in the meantime, we will be sharing everything about this special investment into our community.

Inner Fit is an official HYROX studio. We are here to help you actually train for it the smart way. We help ALL levels of athletes and beginners prep for it and train together. It’s fun, it is an awesome workout, and it will get your fit.

New Class Wednesdays at 630pm

Starting this Wednesday, Inner Fit is bringing a 30 minute specialty session that is part of our strong fit series focusing on the ABS, BACK, and HIPS. The goal is to strengthen this area to increase freedom of movement, build strong bodies as we age, and carve out those areas to fit better in our clothes.

This is a strength class. No cardio. 30 minutes. Literally Everyone
