Well it’s been a week since the dust settled at the Gus Cameron Arena .
“ It takes a village” truer words have never been spoken.
The competitors were to say, “ a plenty “ Slack on Friday was close to six hours , thanks to the arena crew , Timed event crew you guys are simply amazing. Judges , timers , announcers and secretary’s and stock contractors.
From the parking and ticket booth crews to the beer gardens , concessions , 50/50 and first aid groups , the Quesnel Kangaroos hockey club for the best dang barn dance, and the Bcra administration, and the fantastic guys at Eagle vision doing all the television and live streaming, we the entire Quesnel Rodeo committee salute the thousands of folks that filled the grandstand for three straight days . Coming out to celebrate the western ways with us.
Huge thanks to the Monday clean up crew , one of the biggest in recent memory.
