The Sweat Project is a way of life. It's about creating a healthy, balanced lifestyle. We train hard so we can enjoy everything about life, our workouts are functional and well balanced. Each class will be led by experienced trainers incorporating full body strength training with a huge focus on core and cardio, every class will finish with a chill yoga practice. We got our occupancy permit!!

This post is about the guy standing next to me - Owen. Papa Sweat Project. ❤️
When I first started dreaming up this space, Owen offered to help. And truth be told, without him, I wouldn’t be standing here today.
Who knew (definitely not me) that building something from the ground up would be such a HUGE freaking endeavour?!
Owen has been there through the plans, the problems, the chaos, the endless details, the big decisions and all the moments in between. He’s been our PM, our problem solver, a sounding board, a friend, and one of the biggest believers in this project.
But somewhere along the way, he became so much more than that.
He became family.
And the thing I love most is that he didn’t just do this for me. He did this for all of us. For this entire community.
Owen, you are an absolute legend in my eyes and in my heart. I am so damn grateful for you and everything you’ve poured into this place.
The biggest thank you to this guy. We literally couldn’t have done it without you.

Over 2 years of planning, dreaming, building, sweating, celebrating, stressing, laughing, crying, and believing in this little dream. The ups, the downs, the fear, the excitement - ALL of it.
And now… we’re ONE WEEK AWAY from opening the doors to East Village.
Yesterday we launched our new schedule and I’m just so grateful for everyone who booked classes!
This community continues to blow me away. And honestly, this is just the beginning.
I cannot WAIT to welcome you back into the studio - our longtime Sweat Project crew, our newest faces, and everyone who’s ready to move, sweat, connect and have a damn good time with us.
And today? I’m bringing our staff into the new space for the very first time to train, teach and get sweaty together. It’s becoming REAL!!
The doors are opening. The music is going up. And we are SO ready for this next chapter.
East Village, here we come.
See you next Friday for our grand opening class!!

The final class on Beach.
This morning, I set up the Beach Road studio for the very last time.
And honestly… I’m feeling all the feels.
I’ve been reflecting on these last three years and everything that has happened inside these four walls. This space has held us through so much. It started as a studio, but somewhere along the way, it became a home.
And you all became my family.
That’s what makes today so hard. I love this studio so much. There are so many memories here that I will carry with me forever. So many sweaty classes, big laughs, hard days, celebrations, friendships, and moments that I’ll never forget.
It’s hard to say goodbye to something that has meant this much to me.
But I also know that this isn’t really goodbye. It’s the end of one chapter and the beginning of something incredibly special.
I cannot wait to continue this journey with you in our new home in East Village. I am so excited for what’s ahead.
But today, I’m letting myself feel it.
I’m saying goodbye to this little space that gave us so much, and closing the door on this chapter.
One more class to go.
My heart is very, very full. 🤍

It’s our last few weeks in our sweet little Beach Road studio, and if I’m honest, it all feels pretty bittersweet!
Before class today, I was thinking about how much I’m going to miss the space we’ve called home for the past three years. So many memories, so much growth, and so many incredible people have walked through these doors.
At the same time, I’m SO excited for what’s next. In September, The Sweat Project-East Village will open its doors, and I can’t wait to fill our new home with the same amazing energy, community, and good vibes that each of you brings.
The next few weeks are going to be a whirlwind as all the finishing touches come together, and I honestly can’t wait to share this next chapter with you!!

We are SO excited to finally introduce our newest Spin instructors!
These two have been part of The Sweat Project family for quite some time, and watching them step into this new role has been pretty incredible!
If you know Krystal, you know how much she loves Spin!! Her passion and enthusiasm are absolutely contagious. We’ve talked about her becoming an instructor for a long time, and when our most recent teacher training started, that dream finally began to become a reality. But it didn’t happen without a lot of hard work!
There is so much that goes on behind the scenes when you’re learning to teach Spin-showing up for training sessions, spending hours choosing the perfect songs, coming into the studio late at night to practice, and putting in the work over and over again.
Today, Krystal put on the mic and led three songs in the noon hour class. Every bit of her hard work paid off. She absolutely crushed it!
And then there’s Jill. This girl has a heart of gold and is one of the kindest, most genuine humans you’ll ever meet. Many of you know her as an RMT .beach.health . She’s been active her whole life and also has experience as a dance teacher, so the transition into becoming a Spin instructor felt incredibly natural.
Today, she taught a couple of songs in the 10am class, and I couldn’t be prouder. It was truly a proud mom moment. ❤️
Congratulations, Krystal and Jill, on putting on that mic and leading for the very first time at The Sweat Project. We are so lucky to have you on our team, and we can’t wait for everyone to experience your energy, passion, and talent.
You’ll start seeing them teaching alongside our other instructors, and their Community Classes will be coming soon. Stay tuned-we know you’re going to love them as much as we do!
