Our pole fitness programs have been designed so that any person can begin their path to fitness or take it to the next level. With options for every move, we have accommodated ages from 8 to 80! Each class is designed to teach new skills and increase your ability on the pole. Non-pole classes are designed to increase your strength and flexibility, which also help to improve your pole skills and abilities! You do NOT need to be athletic or have any background in fitness to try pole fitness! We welcome all shapes, sizes, and ages to our studio and you can start at square one with our 4-week intro to fitness class!

🎪✨ THE LAST OF OUR SUMMER CAMPS! ✨🎪

This Wednesday and Thursday are our final summer camp days for 2026—and we still have space available!

Then we’re heading into a fun-filled weekend with two custom birthday parties booked for Friday and Sunday!

🥳 Each party is created especially for the birthday child, and this weekend the kids will be making terrariums, soaps and candles, along with plenty of aerial play!

We’re also so excited that our fall schedule begins next week!

Our adult, kids and teen classes are now up on the schedule, including bungee, aerial hammock, aerial hoop, pole, teen classes.

🎪✨ CAMPS ARE RUNNING THIS WEEK! ✨🎪

Need childcare—or just looking for something fun for the kids before school starts? We have camps running:

💕 Monday, August 31
💕 Tuesday, September 1
💕 Wednesday, September 2
💕 Thursday, September 3

Camp runs from 9:00 AM–3:00 PM. Early drop-off is available at 8:30 AM, and late pickup is available until 4:30 PM.

The kids will be creating and having a blast with:

🕯️ Candle making
🎨 Plaster pouring and painting
🌈 Slime making
🎪 Aerial hammock, hoop and trapeze
💕 Games, crafts and all kinds of fun!

💲$85 per child, per day

Looking for a fun, active class for your child? They’ll climb, spin and learn exciting skills on aerial hammock, aerial hoop and trapeze—all while building strength, flexibility, confidence and friendships!

Students will explore:

💕 Aerial hammock
⭕ Aerial hoop
🎪 Trapeze
🤸‍♀️ Strength, flexibility and movement skills
✨ Fun routines, tricks and creative expression

WEEKLY CLASSES:

📅 Wednesdays: 4:15–5:15 PM
📅 Saturdays: 11:00 AM–12:00 PM

💕 Ages 6+
✨ No previous experience required!

Classes are led by certified trainers in a supportive, encouraging environment where every child is welcome.

We LOVE our summers filled with camps, crafts and all the fun… but boy do we love getting back to our routine in September!! 🙌✨

And that means Teen Circus is BACK!

🎉 WE’RE SO MUCH MORE THAN JUST A CIRCUS STUDIO… ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO BIRTHDAYS! 🎉

When you book a birthday with us, you’re getting a little bit of EVERYTHING — and we customize it as much as we can around your child. 💕

🎪 First, we PLAY!
Aerial hammocks, hoops, trapezes, circus, bungee and more. The kids get to learn some new skills, try the apparatus, play games and just have FUN.

🎨 Then we get creative!
And when I say creative, we are FULLY stocked with ideas! 😂

Slime, plaster, terrariums, Paint-a-Cake, guided paintings, soap making, candles and so much more. We’re always coming up with something new!

🎈 And of course, it’s still a BIRTHDAY — decorations, games, laughter, friends and all that birthday sparkle.

I love that our parties give kids the chance to move their bodies, learn an aerial skill, work with their hands, create something they’re proud of AND just play, play, play.

We’ve done manicure parties, candle parties, terrarium parties, Paint-a-Cake parties, full circus parties, bungee parties — and we have the cutest bunny-themed party coming up next! 🐰

We really are a one-stop birthday shop. Tell us a little about your child and what they love, and we’ll do our best to create a party that feels like THEM.

And parents… leave the decorating, set-up and clean-up to us. 🙌
