It’s our one-year anniversary of Kelsey being on the teaching team, so naturally… I’m going to talk about her.
Kelsey started Pilates about 12 years ago at my very first studio (there is 100% an old photo somewhere… I will find it 🥹).
Life pulled her in a different direction for a bit…but when I reopened this studio, she came back, this time on the teaching team.
Full circle!!!
Kelsey is outdoorsy at heart.
Give her fresh air, a mountain view, a quiet hike, or a campfire with her favourite humans… she’s in.
Farmer’s markets, fly fishing, long days outside… or a cozy night in with a good show and absolutely no plans.

Some random things I know about Kelsey:
• Butternut squash soup = yes
• Tall double-shot oat milk latte
• Loves stomach massage on the reformer
• Country music girl
• Everything in mason jars or pottery
• Linen sheets always
• Berks in the summer, Blunds in the winter
• Family first...like, elite level sister and daughter
