Pro-Active Pilates will be starting a pelvic floor fit program every Friday morning at 9:15 am on starting April 17th. Mondays at 5:15pm starting on April 20th taught by Marlene. Have you been to the doctor for pelvic floor incontinence, pelvic pain, SI joint disfunction, sciatic pain and they tell you to go home and do Kegels, strengthen your core, or get your glutes stronger β¦. And none of that is helping in fact, possibly making it worse? Then this class is for you. Your pelvic floor should be dynamic and elastic and your pelvis should be able to move through a figure 8 type motion. Once this is restored THEN symptoms will improve and/or resolve.
