For years, I thought power looked loud.
Push harder.
Do more.
Give everything you’ve got.
Now I think power looks different.
Power is being able to walk into a room and not absorb everyone else’s energy.
Power is being able to stay steady when life gets loud.
Power is knowing when to push and when to pause.
Power is calm.
The strongest people I know aren’t always the loudest.
They’re the ones who can regulate themselves when everything around them is asking them not to.
Own your energy.
Calm is power.
Here’s a question:
Can you sit quietly with a kettlebell for 3 minutes?
Or does your mind immediately want to reach for your phone, make a to-do list, or move on to the next thing?
I created a simple Calm Strength Reset Video to help you find out.
Comment CALM and I’ll send it to you.
