A lot of people are worried about AI.

Wrong focus.

The technology is not the biggest challenge.

The real challenge is leadership.

AI is exposing businesses that already lacked:

Some companies are implementing AI and creating leverage.

Others are creating more confusion.

Same technology.

Different leadership.

AI will not fix a broken business model.

AI will not fix poor communication.

Technology amplifies what already exists.

Every week, I speak with business owners who know exactly what they should be doing.

• They know the strategy.
• They know the priorities.
• They know the next steps.

Yet somehow, weeks turn into months, and the important work keeps getting pushed aside.

𝗜𝗙 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗡𝗘𝗘𝗗𝗦 𝗬𝗢𝗨, 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗕𝗢𝗧𝗧𝗟𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗖𝗞.
A lot of operators think growth slows because of market conditions.

But a lot of the time, growth slows because everything still flows through one person.
• Approvals.
• Decisions.
• Problem solving.
• Direction.

At first, it feels like leadership.
