We're pleased to announce that we have secured a new location for our program!

We are now training on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evening at 16945 Leslie St #32, Newmarket, ON L3Y 9A7. The location is inside the Gymalaya building.

Welcome to our page! Although our program has been running for many years, we've never made it onto Facebook before!

We actually have a new location at 1251 Gorham Street (Unit 13) in Newmarket, and we'd LOVE you to join us there. We have classes on Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 4-5pm, and from 6pm onwards.
