⚠️ Scotia Trail Caution Notice ⚠️

Residents are asked to use caution when travelling along areas of the Scotia Trail.

The trail remains passable; however, recent water runoff has washed away gravel in some areas, leaving the ground uneven.

Our Public Works team is aware of the affected areas and will be working hard over the next few days to address these issues and improve trail conditions.

A special thank you to our Public Works team for their efforts over the weekend and in the coming days to address these areas and keep our community safe. We appreciate their attention to the matter.

🎒🚌 Back to School is Here! 🚌🎒

As students head back to school tomorrow, we want to remind everyone to help keep our children safe.

🚸 Drivers, please slow down and stay alert, especially during morning and afternoon bus times.

🚌 Remember to stop when a school bus has its red lights flashing and stop sign extended. Never pass a stopped school bus while children are loading or unloading.

👀 Watch carefully for children walking, biking, and crossing streets — especially near bus stops and school areas.

🎒 Students, remember to stay safe too!
• Wait for the bus in a safe location away from the road.
• Always cross in front of the bus where the driver can see you.
• Look both ways before crossing the street.
• Follow your bus driver's instructions.

Let's work together to make the return to school safe and successful for everyone!
