This fall has been amazing for riding. The trails have been in great shape, and with the leaves off the trees, I love being able to see the contours of the landscape.

Yesterday the Country Cycle crew took advantage of the warm weather and hit up the Lake Minnewasta trails.

That’s a wrap on another fantastic season of Kids of Mud! 🚵‍♂️

Yesterday evening we celebrated the end of another successful season, with 46 young riders participating in our program this year!

One of the things I’m especially excited about is the continued development of our Junior Coaches Program.

In the past, kids would eventually reach an age where they would graduate out of Kids of Mud. But now, instead of simply aging out, they have an opportunity to grow into something new.

They can become leaders, mentors, and coaches for the next generation of riders.

A huge thank you to our volunteer coaches, parents, Junior Coaches, and everyone who helped make this season possible.

Here’s to growing more than just great cyclists! 🚴

Before you park your bicycle for the next few months, there are a few simple things you can do to make sure it’s ready to roll when spring arrives.

Whether you ride a traditional bicycle or an e-bike, a little attention now can save you some headaches (and repair costs!) later.

🔋 E-bike owners: Pay special attention to your battery! Proper winter storage can make a big difference in its lifespan.

Greg has been busy with the annual changing of the seasons here at Country Cycle, transforming our main retail wall into cross-country ski headquarters!

Some of us are still squeezing in every last bike ride, while others are already dreaming about snow.
