MOVE BETTER MOBILITY CLASS

Coach Niq is bringing a 45-minute mobility class to IPSL, built especially for anyone who lifts, trains, feels stiff, or wants to move a little better in and out of the gym.

This class will focus on improving range of motion, reducing stiffness, building better positions, and helping your body feel better long-term.

Think: mobility for weightlifters, functional fitness people, and real-life bodies that could use a little extra TLC.

Trial class: Sunday, June 28
Time: 11 AM
Cost: Members $20 | Non-members $25
All levels welcome

Come move better, feel better, and support your training.

Message us to save your spot.

Big win for Sydni last night! 👏

She’s been putting in the work on her pull-ups, and today we got to see that progress show up in a BIG way.

That’s the stuff we love to celebrate around here. Not perfect. Not overnight. Just showing up, getting stronger, and chipping away.

Way to go, Sydni! 💪

The gym isn’t expensive. Waiting until your health is a problem is expensive.

And no, that doesn’t mean strength training fixes everything or prevents everything.

But investing in your health before you’re forced to is a pretty solid plan.

Someone asked about membership recently, and when we talked about the price, she didn’t flinch.
Because she already understood something a lot of people don’t think about until later:

Taking care of your strength, fitness, muscle, mobility, and health now is a lot less costly than waiting until your body forces you to care.

And no, strength training isn’t a magic guarantee against every health issue.

But being stronger matters.

It matters when you’re carrying groceries.
It matters when you’re getting off the floor.
It matters when you’re playing with your kids.
It matters when you’re aging.

It matters when life asks more of your body than you expected.

At IPSL, we’re not just training for workouts.
We’re training for real life.

For independence.
For confidence.

For the future version of you who is really, really glad you started.

Message me START if you’re ready to try a class.

100 CLUB!!!

Big shoutout to Danielle for hitting her 100th class at IPSL!

Danielle has been putting in the work and it shows. You can catch her in our F2IT MOM classes or jumping into the regular class WODs, and even after heading back to work after mat leave, she has stayed consistent and kept showing up.

She’s also a frequent flyer in our Committed Club, which says a lot about the effort she’s been putting in week after week.

Danielle brings such awesome energy to class and genuinely makes the room more fun to coach. We love having her as part of this community.

Congrats Danielle! Here’s to the next 100 💪

Yes, we make our members do hard things.

But hard is always relative.

Every workout can be scaled to your ability, your experience, and what your body needs that day. The goal is not to crush you. The goal is to challenge you enough to help you build strength, confidence, and capacity over time.

You can complain about the exercises.
You can complain about the music (but please understand that the coach has already committed to the playlist emotionally.)

But we’re still going to help you do the hard thing safely.

Want to try a class without committing long-term? Our two-week unlimited trial is the best place to start.

✨Monday Member Spotlight✨

A huge congratulations to Cindie on hitting 💯 check-ins at IPSL!

If you’ve ever been to a 5:30 AM class, chances are you’ve seen Cindie there. Whether it’s FOCUS or SWEAT, she’s consistently showing up 4-5 mornings a week and putting in the work before most people have even had their first coffee.

One of the things we love most about Cindie is that she never takes herself too seriously. She always brings a laugh (or several) to class and helps make those early mornings a little more fun for everyone around her.

It’s been incredibly rewarding to watch her confidence grow, especially when it comes to the strength and weightlifting components of class. The weights that once felt intimidating are now just her warm up weights as she finds another challenge she’s ready to tackle.

100 check-ins is more than just a number, it’s 100 days of choosing yourself, showing up, and putting in the effort.

Cindie, we hope you’re proud of everything you’ve accomplished so far. We certainly are. ❤️

IPSL Build wrapped up at the end of May, and I’m finally getting a chance to share a little bit about it.

This first crew deserves a proper shoutout.

Build was an 8-week muscle phase built around focused strength work, consistency, progressive training, and showing up for the same movements long enough to actually see progress happen.

And that part was one of the biggest wins.

One member shared:

“I really really loved this program. I loved working consistently on the same movements and seeing the strength gains. I would definitely love to do more of this style of lifting.”

Build was not a quick fix or a flashy challenge. It was simple, focused work done consistently over time. Two Build sessions per week minimum, lots of stickers, lots of checkmarks, and a whole lot of proof that consistency really does build strength.

If there is enough interest, I’m considering running a summer session of IPSL Build.

This would be a great fit if you want:
• more focused strength training
• structure outside of regular classes
• a plan to follow for 8 weeks
• support and accountability
• to feel more confident lifting
• to build strength and muscle without overcomplicating it

If this is something you’d be interested in, comment BUILD or send me a message and I’ll start a waitlist.

POV: it’s been a long day and you walk into the gym expecting a workout.

What you get is so much more.

You’re laughing before class starts.
Someone’s telling a story that somehow takes 10 minutes longer than it should. (Probably Sydni)
A coach is making fun of your life choices during burpees.(probably Sara)
Someone hits a PR and the whole room celebrates like they just won the lottery.(everyone💛)

In between the sweat and hard work like you see in this video, there are inside jokes, high fives, friendships, and a whole lot of fun.

At IPSL, we’re serious about helping you reach your goals.

We’re just not serious all the time. 😊
