A 5-week series designed to help new moms rebuild strength safely while welcoming their little ones along 🤎

Whether you are easing back into movement or ready to feel strong again, this program is rooted in Lagree’s signature low-impact, high-intensity method with a focus on deep core engagement, pelvic stability, and functional strength.

PROGRAM DETAILS

→ 5-week progressive series

→ Every Wednesday at 1:30pm

→ May 13 to June 10

→ Babies welcome (pre-crawling only, in a car seat placed on the floor)
