Join me at Beaver Creek Vineyard for a 4-week Hatha Vinyasa series to close out the season. We’ll practice together inside the natural light-filled barn (with patio lighting as back up cause yall know I love a soft twinkle light), surrounded by windows, soothing natural views, and complete tranquility. 🌻🧘♀️
Designed for all levels—whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an existing practice.
