🎾 TENNIS TIP TUESDAY WITH COACH VAL! 🎾

When should you hit a deep forehand, and when should you go for a short-angled winner? 🤔🔥

Coach Val from PRC Downsview is back with another Tennis Tip of the Week, breaking down how to use depth and angles to take control of the point!

💥 Deep Forehand: Push your opponent back, create pressure, and control the rally.

🎯 Short-Angled Forehand: Pull your opponent off the court, open up space, and create opportunities to finish the point.
The key? Knowing when to use each shot to outsmart your opponent and elevate your game!

Watch Coach Val’s latest tip and take your forehand strategy to the next level! 💪🎾
