One of the most overlooked parts of the forehand isn’t the swing — it’s the recovery movement afterwards. 🎾

After contact, great players don’t admire the shot. They recover immediately and efficiently to prepare for the next ball.

A few keys to focus on:
✅ Balanced finish
✅ Quick first recovery step
✅ Explosive crossover movement back to position
✅ Eyes tracking your opponent’s response

Your recovery can often determine whether you stay in control of the rally or end up defending.

Remember: tennis is not about hitting one great shot — it’s about being ready for the next one.
