📸 Professional Photo Day at Clinch! 📸

Good afternoon, Clinch family!

We will have a professional videographer and photographer at the club this Saturday. They will be capturing photos and video of Fight Camp, as well as offering individual portraits for any kids, teens, or adults who are interested.

Wear your Gi, Muay Thai gear, club apparel, or anything else you would like for your portrait!

There will be no Conditioning Class this week.

Beginning next Saturday, August 1, our regular Friday Night Conditioning Class will move to:

The class remains open to everyone looking to improve their fitness, conditioning, and overall performance.

🥊 Century Cup competitors: These Saturday sessions will lead into our official Fight Camp, beginning eight weeks before the event. Now is the time to build your cardio and develop a strong conditioning base.

Once Fight Camp begins, attendance will be mandatory for all competitors as we shift our focus to technical work, sparring, strategy, and fight-specific preparation.

We apologize for the earlier scheduling error. We’ll see everyone next Saturday!

📢 Class Schedule Update! 📢

Starting this week, our regular Friday Night Conditioning Class is moving to Saturdays from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM.

This class is open to everyone looking to improve their fitness, conditioning, and overall performance.

For those planning to compete in the Century Cup this October, these Saturday sessions will also serve as the lead-up to our official Fight Camp, which will begin 8 weeks before the event.

🥊 Century Cup fighters: Now is the time to get your cardio where it needs to be. Building your conditioning early will give you a strong foundation before Fight Camp begins. Once Fight Camp starts, attendance will be mandatory for all competitors as we shift our focus to technical work, sparring, strategy, and fight-specific preparation.

The work you put in now will make all the difference when it's time to step into the ring. Let's get after it! 💪

🥋💪 Girl Power on the Mats! 💪🥋

What a day for our Clinch Training Center competition team!

Only two competitors represented our club today—and these two sisters absolutely crushed it, bringing home three medals! 🏅🏅🥈

🥇 Chelsea captured Gold in Gi and Silver in No-Gi, showcasing the skill, determination, and grit she's built through countless hours of training.

🥈 Her younger sister stepped onto the competition mats for the very first time and earned an incredible Silver Medal! What an amazing start to her BJJ journey. It takes courage to compete, and she showed she has plenty of it.

As if three medals weren't enough, we had one more incredible moment to celebrate. At the end of the day, Chelsea was promoted to Green Belt! 💚🥋 This promotion is a reflection of her dedication, consistency, perseverance, and the example she sets for everyone around her.

Today wasn't just about medals—it was about confidence, courage, and proving that strong girls become strong women. Watching these sisters support each other every step of the way was something special. Girl power is alive and well at Clinch! 💙

A huge thank you to their family for the unwavering support, the early mornings, the travel, and the encouragement that make days like today possible.

And thank you to our Clinch Training Center family and supporters who came out to cheer them on. Your energy from the sidelines means the world to our athletes.

Congratulations to both sisters! You represented our club with heart, humility, and determination, and we couldn't be prouder.
