Congratulations to our 2026 HEART Bursary Winners! 📄🏆

ℹ️ Annually, Suburban FC awards several $1,000 'HEART Bursaries' to members who are attending a post-secondary institution in the following fall. Anyone can apply & the process requires applicants to send in their resumé/CV, as well as a cover letter outlining how they embody our Club values of HEART (Humility, Excellence, Ambition, Respect & Teamwork).

Congratulations to SFC's Ibra Elsherif, who will be travelling to Vancouver on June 20th to serve as the Official Match Ball Carrier for the Egypt vs. New Zealand match! 🌎

Ibra was selected as one of seven kids to represent Canada at the OMBC Cup in LA, from more than 700 participants across the country. ⚽️

His journey has already given him opportunities like meeting football legends such as Thierry Henry, Canada Soccer's Christine Sinclair, Brazil's Kaká, as well as joining HRM Mayor Andy Fillmore on stage at the Garrison Grounds as part of Halifax's celebration of Canada's opening World Cup match.

ℹ️ The Bruce Wagner Tournament honours the memory of Bruce Wagner, a lifelong supporter of youth soccer in Sackville and the surrounding areas. Each year, the tournament brings 60+ teams from across Atlantic Canada & beyond together for a weekend of soccer, family, and community.
